Subscription & Billing Policy

Mood Institute provides subscription-based digital services for healthcare operations and workflow management. Our policies are designed for transparency and fairness to all subscribers.

1. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Users may modify plans anytime from the Account Dashboard.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Account data remains archived for 30 days before permanent deletion.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for unused or partial months. Exceptions may be made for verified billing errors. Requests should be submitted through the Contact Page within 10 business days.

4. Service Reliability

The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud with 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows will be announced via platform notifications. Mood Institute may collect and analyze anonymized usage metrics to monitor performance and reliability trends to enhance user experience and demonstrate service efficiency.
