We are Lisa and Patrick Harding, the founders of Moodi. We created Moodi after years of delivering complex, regulated procedures and supporting clinical trials inside our own practice—where strict protocol adherence, DSCSA-compliant medication management, staff turnover, and overwhelming documentation presented daily operational challenges. By combining Lisa’s expertise in clinical operations and protocol execution with Patrick’s background in enterprise software, data architecture, and regulated workflow design, we built Moodi as a platform engineered for precision, compliance, and scalability.
Today, Moodi provides the structured execution engine we originally needed ourselves: a fully managed system that standardizes workflows, operationalizes protocols, and ensures medication and data integrity across research sites, provider networks, and enterprise organizations.

Lisa Harding, MD is the clinical operations engine behind Moodi. With a unique background as an emergency-room physician, board-certified psychiatrist, and principal investigator for clinical trials, she specializes in operationalizing complex multi-step procedures and regulated treatment pathways.
She has performed thousands of interventional procedures including IV ketamine, intranasal esketamine (Spravato), TMS, and ECT. As an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine, she integrates academic rigor with real-world procedural execution.
Her expertise ensures Moodi’s workflows reflect the precision, safety, and compliance required in today’s regulated clinical landscape.

Patrick Harding is the software and systems architect behind Moodi. He has spent over two decades leading global engineering and analytics teams across manufacturing, food & beverage, and healthcare enterprise environments—building platforms that deliver intelligence, automation, and operational clarity at scale.
During the pandemic, Patrick created the first version of Moodi to operationalize the rollout of Spravato—a therapy with complex REMS, safety, timing, and documentation requirements. That early platform evolved into today’s enterprise-grade Moodi system, now powering outpatient clinics, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, and health systems.
Patrick ensures Moodi meets the highest standards of reliability, compliance, reporting sophistication, and execution fidelity.
