These Terms govern use of the Moodi platform and services provided by Mood Institute. By creating an account or using our software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

Moodi assists licensed healthcare professionals in managing clinical workflows, notifications, and medication traceability. It does not replace professional medical judgment or serve as an electronic health record.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

Users must be authorized healthcare professionals, maintain accurate information, and comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, DSCSA, JAHCO). Users must protect login credentials and restrict access to authorized staff only.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

By using Moodi, you consent to data collection and storage under HIPAA-compliant Azure Cloud infrastructure. Mood Institute may also use de-identified, aggregated analytics to enhance platform performance and share summary reports with customers to illustrate application value and best practices. No personally identifiable or protected health information (PHI) is disclosed in this process.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, and content are property of Mood Institute. Reuse or reverse engineering is prohibited without consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moodi is provided “as is.” Mood Institute is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed subscription payments from the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

Mood Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
